Very quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Airport nearby, situated in the middle, so nearby shopping is in any direction and aproxmately the same distance. 12 miles from Bristol speedway, also 12 miles from Johnson City food, and shopping. During the summer you are entertained by the fishermen fishing and the skiing and sea Doo's, neighbors put on some spectacular firework shows during some of the holidays. The bus turns around at the end of our driveway but at this time I do not have school information due to I have no school age children.
