It is located in a great, very safe, neighborhood, close to parks and all amenities, as well as excellent schools if you do have children. 1) There is laundry in the unit! 2) There is a full functional wood burning fireplace! 3) There is an extremely large patio that faces the courtyard! *the apartment only has laundry hookups, but if you take over my lease, I will gladly give my working washer and dryer to you!
