Gas heat and a wood stove with city water. The area is best suited for a single person or retired couple. The property is on 150 wooded acres, but you will only have access to about 1 acre. There is a quiet creek up front next to a firepit upfront or simply keep to yourself. The shooting of guns or any disruptive noises is not allowed, this is a wildlife sanctuary for hunting. You would be considered family in the area, for everyone owns a chunk of land and looks out for each other. I use the 3-bay shed for my farm equipment, but there is a loft in the house for storage. The driveway is gravel, and you are a good 20 miles away from the nearest Starbucks, which is why my wife will never live there. Campbellsville is about 18 miles away, and Elizabethtown is about 25 miles away. Pets: If you have a dog, it will need to stay by the house. The house does have wood floors. There is a temporary locked gate across the driveway, so viewing will need to be by appointment. Renter is responsible for electric, water, and gas.
