Ideal for one person. The rent is $490 including utilities and wifi. Moving in heavy furniture is not allowed. Used mattresses are generally not permitted unless they are covered with a protective bag and approved by the landlord in advance. Requirements: No pets and no smoking are allowed inside the house. Must have a good credit history and sufficient savings to pay rent on time. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. The lease expiration is typically set for the end of a month, but the exact date is negotiable. Smoking and loud music are not allowed inside the house. Frequent guests are not permitted. Any behavior that disrupts a roommate's rest is not allowed.
