The property is 10-15 minutes from dining and shopping. 20-30 minutes to local Universities. 40 minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort. and 45 min-1 hour from other ski resorts. It is 30 minutes to the local Provo Airport and 1 hour from SLC International airport. Utilities paid partially by owner. Pet policy negotiable. Video walk through available via text. There is a tenant in the downstairs basement unit with a separate entry and parking. Laundry room is shared. Owner water. If tenant prefers, we can do a flat rate for utilities included in the rent so you don't have to worry about it. Lawn care can be provided or tenant can provide if they want to lower the cost of the rent. Lawn care is $180/mo. This is a non smoking home. We only allow one pet with a pet deposit and pet rent.
