Owner pays for water/sewer and garbage. Tenant may be charged for garbage overages. We allow cats with an annual $50/cat fee. We also pay for lawn mowing you so you can enjoy the yard and not have to worry about upkeep. We ask for first months rent at signing and last months rent and security deposit before move-in. You can sign with three roommates which gives you the option to pick-up a fourth later on. We do what we can to help you find a subletter should you need one. We have off-street parking.
