This is a well-designed house with a great backyard with a covered deck and a storage shed. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the kitchen/dining area is large enough for a full sized dining table, and there is lots of great storage. Frederick is a great family neighborhood, close to the elementary school. There is a two car garage. We just put wood flooring throughout the house and replaced the light in the kitchen. We allow one dog, either small or large, and one cat. One year lease is required. Tenant is responsible for the yard upkeep. No smoking in the house.
