**Heating System (Oil Furnace)

* Arrange and pay for oil refills
Any service calls or repairs resulting from the system running out of oil will be the responsibility of the Tenant.
**Occupancy

**Pets

**Maintenance

**Alterations
No alterations, painting, or modifications to the property are permitted without prior written consent from Landlord.
**Right of Entry
Landlord may enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection, repairs, or maintenance, and without notice in emergencies.
**Renters Insurance
Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term.
**No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning charges and/or lease violation.
