My home is in a small neighborhood with close access to the river. It is 3 miles North of Hailey and is an easy 10 minute drive to the famous Bald Mountain. Sun Valley and Ketchum are also just a few more minutes up the road. You will also have access to the garage. I am flexible on length of lease. No smoking. Tenant responsible for Gas bill and plow fee. Pets negotiable. The amount of rent is also negotiable depending on how many people, pets, etc.
