We are renting out our lovely home here in Lakeside. The property features a very large back yard, green house, and small barn for storage. The house has freshly interior paint and there is a water filtration system that runs throughout the whole home. We do have solar panels that we cover and ask tenants to cover the over usage for power.The home has heating/AC and will come with all appliances: -refrigerator -washer -dryer -oven -dishwasher We do ask the tenants to cover water, sewer, and over usage of power. We will cover garbage and the solar panels. We do ask if you plan on bringing animals to the home to pay a 250 extra to your security deposit. If you lose you keys there is a small fee for replacement and tenants are responsible for minor repairs.
