Currently is an allergy free rental but may accommodate 1very well behaved dog under 20 pounds. Recently had exterior painted, interior has newer lvp flooring, newer appliances, washer and dryer in unit, Landlord lives nextdoor and is responsive for any issues/emergencies that may arise. Fenced front and back yard( landlord maintains yards) . Back semi enclosed covered porch to store bikes. There are 2 parking spaces for cars(sorry no garage), we have parking for rv/camper storage at additional cost. Beautiful view of mountains on this Very Safe and Serene property :) Rental will be available 1-5-2024, we will schedule showings after we receive rental applications and run background checks. Landlord pays water/trash/wifi(currently in place). Tenants responsible for gas/electric. Landlord will maintain yards. Landlord lives nextdoor on premises and is available 24/7 for any issues/emergencies that may arise. 1 well behaved dog under 20 pounds may be permissable upon approval. No smoking/vaping/ecigs/420, No loud parties, No subletting, No extended stay guests (more then 3 nights in a 4 month period total). 2 parking spots for cars are allotted. We have additional paid parking for RV/Camper/trailer storage, we also have storage units available for rent on premises. 6 month lease (can reduce for traveling medical personnel), $2,200.00 mo. 1st, last, and security of same. Includes wifi/trash/sewer. Tenants are responsible for keeping interior and exterior of residence clean and properly maintained, tenants are responsible to alert landlord immediately of necessary maintenance issues regarding water, electric, appliances, etc... Max of 5 persons allowed to reside(ALL must be approved by landlord and documented on lease). All persons over 18 who will reside in house must fill out rental application and will be on lease. We do run Full background checks and verify employment and references :)
