The tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including electricity, gas, water, and trash service. Water Billing: The water bill remains in the property owner's name. The owner will provide the tenant with the actual water bill, and the tenant will reimburse the exact amount charged. Water reimbursement is considered additional rent under the rental agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Lawn Care: Regular grass cutting is provided by the owner. However, the tenant is responsible for keeping the yard free of pet waste, fallen branches, trash, toys, and other items that could interfere with mowing.
