The living room features an open floor plan with an 85-inch TV and surround sound. There is also a full gym available, located in the garage of the main house, and a ping pong table. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Marathon Ranch is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and only about 5 miles from Enchanted State Park. Enjoy Fredericksburg's historic downtown, take in the German heritage by visiting the Pioneer Museum, sip some wine at the local wineries, shop along Main Street, explore Lyndon B Johnson State Park, and pick peaches at an orchard. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Please keep all windows and doors closed to help keep bugs outside.
