Will miss coffee & wine/cheese on balcony. Loved entertaining in continuous living room/kitchen/dining room/deck w/ gas firepit. Car collector dream lot. New out/in paint, new double paned windows, new tankless WH, copper plumbing, surround sound, fly fans, Viking frig & 6 burner range/oven, hood, wine frig & blt in rack.
