This home is in a gated community, on the lake and within sight of Eufaula Al. This is a park model mobile home of approximately 400 sq ft, originally built in 2006 and has been well maintained. I have only owned the place a little over a year, would like to stay but due to family issues I am relocating. The home is approx. 400 square feet not including the enclosed porch and comes fully furnished with all appliances including a washer and dryer in the out building. It is all electric. The home has central heat and air of which the heat is fine but the central ac is well aged. I put in 2 new 8000 btu window ac's last year and have been very comfortable. Whispering Pines is a community owned association with a pier, clubhouse, pool etc of which you would be part owner of. The monthly fees are $125 which includes lawn care, garbage, water and sewer. Many people own these as lake getaways but many people live here full time as I have for the last year and have been very comfortable. I'm not a very good photographer.
