We are renting out our beautiful condo. It has an open layout living+dining room that opens into the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bonus room (we used it as guest bedroom - we love the big closet there). Parking: a private parking spot, plus a permit to park on the street if you have more than one car. You'll be living in a 6-condo building, all owner-occupied and lovingly maintained. Important! NOT REALLY for ROOMMATES! Our condo association doesn't allow more than 2 unrelated people per unit. Owner pays condo fees, tenant responsible for utilities.
