I would not want you to pay the $65 then be denied because you were not honest on the free application. I am a social worker by profession and know the need to not waste $65 to say you are not approved. The paid application fee does look for evictions, sexual offenders etc., Score probably should be at least a 550. Then they look to see if it's low because of medical or student loans. I usually say over look those two items but it can pick up discrepancy in information provided on application. Thank you for your time.
