Freshly painted, new flooring, beautiful private unit. Large side/back yard. One car garage, with extra parking in front. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that can stay (renter responsible for repair and maintenance), or you are welcome to bring in your own. Owner pays for water, renter is responsible for gas and electric. This is a month to month rental agreement. No pets allowed. No smoking.
