    Home to sublet - Lafayette, Colorado. We have to move back East and need to sublet our recent rental. Home is located just east of downtown Lafayette in Boulder County with great access to I25, shopping, biking trails and more. Lots of parking space, loads of privacy and large fenced-in yard that's ~3/4-1 acres. Property sits between two other properties with acreage. Entire property is 2 acres with the owners's barn on the back 1+ acres. Owner and management company are very easy to work with. Home is a double wide just over 1200 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining area, large living room, separate laundry room with (new) washer and dryer, large kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, two microwaves, a pantry and lots of cabinet space. There is lots of storage space including built-in cabinets. Yard has large trees, beautiful porch and stone patio (patio furniture stays) with nice landscaping (easy care). We have two border collies who have enjoyed the yard. There is even room for their agility equipment to be set up in two separate places on either side of the house. Pets are at the discretion of the owner. If you are interested, we will show the property. The management company will take it from there, run your application and manage your lease. Available 10/1/22 but can be earlier if needed. I probably forgot more, but please come see it. We are sad to leave but must. A family member can't live in the altitude anymore. Rent is $2400 a month. Lease runs through 7/31/2023. Security deposit is 1.5 time monthly rent. Pets are an additional $250 per pet...all refundable. Renter pays gas/electric. Renter also pays for trash/compost/recycle (if wanted). Water is from the well. Yard and plantings are irrigated through the well. Appliances include range/oven, refrigerator, two microwaves, dishwasher, washer (new) and dryer. Electric/gas from Xcel Energy (gas furnace and water heater, central air-conditioning.) Water is on a new well. Lawn and landscaping is irrigated from the well.
