Home is currently rented at $985till June 2021 and will renew thru THA with rent increase if I continue to rent it. If it is owner occupied then there is a 3 month lease termination. I built this and have rented sense. The sq. ft. figures on the tax rolls and Zillow are incorrect. The garage was converted to the 4th BR and inspected by the building dept. but not added by the property appraiser yet. Heated sq. ft.= 1225. There was a clean home inspection and WDO September 2020 but the buyer lost their financing = no job. The rear 10'x10' deck was replaced late 2020. The roof was replaced 2 years ago +- All Hardie siding. Please no "low-ball" offers If I do not sell the house I will continue to rent it , I do not have to sell....this is not a distress property. But it is difficult to show as there is always someone in the home and they are not good house keepers.
