Only 2 minute walk from Soco rd. Across the street from the old Ghost Town parking lot. Right down from Joeys Pancake house. Walking distance to many shops and food. Even a brewery across the street. Cherokee is less than 30 minutes away. Easy access to the casino. These are older log cabins. They have been renovated but keep in mined they are cabins. They are not perfect. Hence the lower than average rent. But they far exceed a trailor or mobile home. There is a front porch with rocking chairs and a charcoal grill. There is a standard size refrigerator freezer along with a microwave toaster oven, stove and coffee pot. There are plates and pots. You will however need your own sheets. Comforters or blankets can be provided if requested. All mattresses require a waterproof mattress protector at all time. Not negotiable. We will provide. There is a 2 in 1 washer but I don't recommend using it to dry our clothes. Washes ok but doesn't seem to dry. Hence advertising as no laundry unit. There is a laundry Matt less than a mile down the road. The cabin comes furnished but all furnishings are removable upon request. Ceiling fans in every room. 3 month minimum lease. After 3 months you can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. We offer 3-6 month leases with month to month after. Additional year lease may be possible with proper credit and on time payment of all bills for first 6 months. Pets are negotiable depending on specific pet's behavior. We have no breed or size restrictions. But I will meet the animal first. No aquariums. small caged animals are negotiable. There is a wood burning fireplace along with the hvac. You may add a window unit ac if preferred to save electric. Electric bills can range greatly based on preference. I've seen other 2/1 have $150 and I've seen others at $300. This winter was harsh. I recommend adding a small radiator heater for personal warmth but spring is coming!! Cabins stay pretty cool in summer. Some tenants only use fans. There is a shared fire pit in the center field along with the pond. No smoking indoor allowed. Cigarette trash will incur a disposal fee if not cleaned up. There are cameras around the property for protection. Nothing pointed at any cabin only common grounds. There are a total of 12 cabins on the shared 5 acre property. This cabin, cabin number 1 has one neighbor on one side and no one to the other side.
