All homes come with washer dryer connections, dishwasher, inset range,, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. All have private balcony off of the master bedroom and two outside storage closets with storage under the stairs in living room. We are close to parks and schools for easy shopping and transit to schools. The application fee is $35.00 payable via money order or cash. To qualify for a home, you must have a clean criminal background and fair to good credit score, we do not consider medical bills on your credit report. A full months rent is due for the deposit before move in unless your credit score is above 650 then we will be able to work out a payment arrangement with you for the deposit You must provide proof on income and have a good rental history.
