Two of us are Saint Martin's alum. We're all focused on our careers and keep a lowkey, relaxing home. We love ice cream, staying active, enjoying quiet evenings, sometimes yelling on Fortnite, we fall a lot while snowboarding but love it anyways. We're looking for another roommate, preferably a female, starting on a month-to-month basis and if we all like the situation, we can discuss a longer-term situation. About The Home: Private bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed Shared bathroom with one long-term roommate (F) Fast Wi-Fi Driveway parking Gated, fully fenced property with front porch and backyard Garage (we might convert into a gym or second lounge) Month-to-month lease with option to transition to long-term after 3 months Background check required (travel nurses/military may provide recent copy) Pets welcome with prior approval $300 refundable deposit Rent is $1,000/month All utilities will be split amongst the number of occupants in the home A group facetime/zoom will be required during the application process just for everyone to meet each other Month to month lease to start.
