Many of the neighbors have lived there a long time and take great pride in the neighborhood and the safety of their neighbors. This West Valley area is also centrlaly located, which grants you easy access to either Sprague (a main arterial) or Argonne or Pines, with quick access to the freeway. Herald is not a busy street, and the neighborhood seems quiet. This area is appreciating in value, as are many areas in the Spokane Valley.
