Furnished private bedroom with wood flooring, closet, and its own air purifier. Bathroom is shared, but not used by anyone at the moment making it feel private until somebody moves in. Two extra storage spaces available: one large with a private key next to the patio, and a smaller one inside the apartment. Shared kitchen includes microwave, oven, refrigerator, air fryer, and water dispensers. Private off-street parking included, and the apartment is always quiet.
Looking for a financially stable, employed tenant who is clean, responsible, and respectful. No smoking inside the apartment and no pets allowed. The apartment is always quiet since I work 7 days a week.
The room is fully furnished (originally prepared for my sister), and each room is equipped with an air purifier/dust cleaner. Internet is available tenant pays 50% if they choose to use it. Private off-street parking is included.
Shared kitchen appliances are available (including air fryer, water dispensers, and cookware), as long as they are returned clean after use.
