In years prior, I rented the 3 rooms in each unit, so they comfortably accommodate 2-3 people depending on your living situation. Each unit has its own combo top load washer front load dryer. Water and trash are included. Many of the appliances and all water heaters are new. Central heat and window a/c units. Depending on the unit and room, floors are hardwood or laminate. Household pets will be considered on a case by case basis. All units have back yard/building access. The building is conveniently located near H St, Union Market, Galludet, NOMA and the Arboreteum. If the enture apartment is rented, water and trash are included, but gas and electric are not. There is no subleasing without explicit written permission. All people living in the building must be disclosed up front or at the time of move-in. This is for the safety of all people living in the building, to ensure compliance with city codes and to properly account for extra utility costs.
