Close to all hospitals, restaurants, springs, and only 45-60 minutes from Tampa Airport. We rent short term, or mid term but not long term. We prefer 30-90 day rentals but will go as long as 6 months. We do require a lease. Three month minimum for mid term rental. All utilities included. Parking spot is designated in front of Tiny House. Tiny house is on property with our primary residence on 5 acres. Very private and relaxing. We also list the property on other platforms so if your looking to rent for a few days or week or so it is listed on Airbnb also. Charge first month and security deposit in the same amount as rent, as well as, cleaning fee at set rate of 250.00. We are close to all hospitals and many restaurants, springs and beaches. We rent often to travels nurses and other medical personnel, but also to many other traveling professionals. Fully furnished and has all you need to live comfortably during your stay. Owners live on premises and can tend to any needs you may have during your stay. There is no washer or dryer in unit but we have them in our main home that we can let you use, just text us and we will open side door to our house and you can use the laundry. We have a dog on property and our home is fenced in. We keep him in the house and in backyard only. We prefer no animals because we don't want the liability of animals getting loose from owners dealing with any animals getting hurt. Our dog loves us but not other animals.
