A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. 7. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. 8. Applicant must be non-smokers. 9. Occupancy is limited to 2 adults 10. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, electricity, gas, garbage, lawn mowing and snow plowing. 11.
