The house is on a septic system so guidelines must be followed by the tenant such as not pouring bleach into the system. The guidelines can be provided to the tenant. Please note: there is a detached 2-car garage, however, one of the bays is not available as the owner's tools/home maintenance equipment will be stored there. There is ample drive-way parking available as well. First floor is baseboard heating, including downstairs bedroom. The two upstairs bedrooms have individually controlled electric baseboard heating for colder nights. Electric is tenant responsibility. The full bathroom is downstairs and the half bathroom is upstairs. New cellular blinds installed in 2024. These are automatic blinds that are controlled by remote control on the 1st floor (except for the 1st floor bedroom). The 1st floor bedroom and upstairs blinds are manual. These cannot be replaced/swapped out and any damage to them will be deducted from the security deposit. The previous Internet Service Provider was XFinity. The internet connection where the modem hooks into is located in the 1st floor bedroom. Should the tenant get an internet or cable service and the existing line(s) can't be used or new lines need to be run (and any holes created from the outside), then the tenant must inform the owner for the owner to review the proposed work. No new lines or holes/changes to the exterior should be done without the owner's approval.
