It is a double wide purcashed at Bolton Homes in Alexandria, LA in September, 2007. It is on a lot a little over one acre, I don't remember for sure. There is also a building 30 × 50 located on the property.It was a home, but it recieved water damage two years ago during a freeze that burst a water pipe. It could be fixed back up easily and made into a rental or mother-in-law property. My father, C.H. Smith willed the property to me when he died in 2006.
