The Spy Rock Cottage ~ We invite you to stay and relax at our unique and tranquil cottage. It is now available for a rental term of 1 or 2 months, beginning May 25, 2023 through July 25, 2023. Summer here is magical !! The serenity here is sure to capture you ~ The private home is situated above the ocean, surrounded with beautiful nature in all seasons. Located on a private road with just a few homes. Surrounded by birds, wildlife, trees, ocean~ just about all of nature is waiting for you here ! Very slow, respectful driving is required. Located in Harpswell, off the beaten path, but just minutes to the town of Brunswick, and very close to Bowdoin College. The cottage has been newly renovated ~ all new appliances, windows, doors, electrical, as well as freshly painted ! The main floor is open space, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all heated with a Rinnai Propane heater, while the upstairs only has plug in electrical radiator heat. The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Washer and dryer on site. Fully furnished Home is only available from May 25-July 25 2023.~ Asking for a 1 or 2 month lease. $1950 per month, everything included. (heat, electric, internet) Renter must provide renter's insurance. No pets, no smoking. Off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Must be respectable neighbors, and slow driving on the private road is a must. Home is newly renovated, new appliances, new paint throughout~ queen size bed~
