If preferred this can be converted to a 3rd bedroom instead. The total cost of the rental is $3399 rent + electricity (averages $250 in winter) + optional propane. Propane is optional, as it's used only for an indoor propane fireplace that isn't needed to heat the house unless the power goes out. Otherwise, it's just nice to have a fire sometimes, but that's up to you and your budget. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Water, garbage/recycling (1 can), and lawn maintenance are included in the rent. You'll need to maintain the hot tub, or you can contract with Olympic Hot Springs for service.
