The guest room has a tub/shower and the master bedroom has a custom stand up shower no tub. One side of the home has a view of the pool and the other side seinic views. It is a gated community with remote control. We have a wood fireplace with a gas starter, a gas barbecue grill on our large patio, 3 tvs with apple tv roku, and Netflix. A custom made bar, great for parties. Many of the small personal items items through out home that you will see in the pictures , will be removed so you can personalize things. New unused clean sheets will on the beds when you arrive. There is mostly custom dimmable smart lighting that can be controlled from your phone. Also the Thermostat, Garage door and some Blinds can additionally be controlled by a smart phone. There is a total of 11 windows . A lot of natural light. A short walk to Shakey's Pizza, Stater brothers Grocery, Key stone lanes Bowling, Circle K, 7-11 and many other great Restaurants. Only 1 mile from 605, 5, and 105 freeways.
