Our home has had very little use. We use it as our Anderson Island getaway. It sits on two Riviera lots which have been cleared. We put in new carpet and flooring 5 years ago and a new metal roof 2 years ago. We also have two additional storage buildings on site. Being part of the Riviera means access to the Saltwater Marina with moorage and launch, the 9 hole golf course, Riviera Campground with tent and RV camping, two park models for rent one at each lake, the Lakeshore Restaurant, and a total of 18 parks. Plus the, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts open 7am to 10pm. Or simply enjoy the wildlife and quiet of Island living.
