Hey! Just Reduced!! Over here! Here I am, your new Parkwood Home! Just had my new Sewer and Storm Drain traps dug up and replaced, good for the next 30 years so you don't worry! I am a wonderfully unique home that has an open floor plan with many features you don't find in your average house. Most all my windows are Pella replacements with roll up screens. My basement is enlarged for great entertaining space that leads out and onto the patio and back yard with flowerbeds and storage shed.
