I built this custom home for my daughter and her family. She lived in the home for about 13 months and then her job took her to Nebraska, so now I am going to sell it rather than rent it out. This home has a very good deep water well with a new pump and pressure system. I had a licensed septic installer put in the septic tank and field when I was about finished building the home. I will have the tank pumped prior to closing. This is a very nice home, the property has no covenants so bring your animals and toys. The property is fenced on all sides with good fencing, there are two older somewhat usable out building, a partial corral, a fenced garden area, several no freeze water hydrants , some trees and the pastures have not been grazed in years. The home sits nicely off of the road , yet it is close enough for the kids to catch the bus at the front gate. The local K-12 school (Miami-Yoder) is 3 miles from the front porch, the Rush Cafe and post office is 2 miles away. Colorado Springs is appx. 30 minutes away.
