    Looking for 20 acres with beautiful Live oak trees, and beautiful private lakefront frontage? Then this property will catch your eye. Located in quiet and friendly Seville (although the tax rolls say Pierson) This home has been there since 1956. The home does need some updating and remodeling and repairs, but the possibility is endless. If you want to build a new home, then this existing home has a well and septic (although it needs a new drain field), and impact fee credits. The owners started to remodel but it was not meant to be. So, the room that was being remodeled, has a existing AC unit that will have to be re-installed (not warranted) ,some electric run and some plumbing run , some insulation and it also has a gas line installed. It could be a guest house and then build your own custom home. The front 10 acres of land is absolutely beautiful with large established Live Oaks and the back 10 acres is pine with some oaks. The entrance has a electric gate that lets you in a beautiful easement road. There is a whole house generator (not warranted) , and an attached two car carport. The main home has wood floors, but an addition was put in 1968 (they think). And part of that addition was in the process of being opened up and remodeled.
