It is about a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Henry cowell sp, so you can do a morning jog or bike ride through the redwoods if that's your thing. The house has a pull-in driveway for parking up to 8 cars plus a 2 car garage. We use the garage for storage, there is plenty of space to fit your bikes, board, or whatever you are interested in. This home is a sanctuary for a gardener, dog lover, or mnt biker or anyone who wants it all. The house is fully equipped with furniture (except for the bedroom) and lots of appliances, dishwasher, laundry, garbage disposal, and more. Utilities are shared and cost an additional $150-$170/month on average for water, pge, internet. Landscaping is included. We are on a month to month lease for your maximum flexibility, but have been here 5 years. We truly love the space.
