I'm looking for a roommate in Fed Hill (male or female). Available immediately for $1000 with parking, $950 without parking. The house has enough closet space to fit roughly 1000 clowns. The available room on the 2nd floor is the only bedroom on that floor. The second floor also has with a massive bathroom including a Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include stainless steel appliances in kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2.5 baths, newly built roof deck, back patio, parking pad (dedicated for renter at the $1000 rate), 3rd floor roof access with stadiums, skyline, and water view, hardwood floors, newly renovated, and fully furnished house. In addition to the ample closet space throughout, there is storage space in the unfinished basement. I'm an active, social 28 yr old mechanical engineer, and enjoy playing sports. I am looking for a fun roommate with a positive attitude mid 20's-early 30's. You must have a full time job, pay bills on time, etc. Please no dogs, cats, ferrets, or squirrels.
