The house is a nice 3 bed/2bath house with tons of storage, a fully fenced large yard, + dog/cat run, carport, workshop, central air, washer/dryer, mudroom, and more. 12 month lease (with possible extension). First month's rent is due to hold the place. Deposit and last month's rent due the day before move-in. Pets (cats and small dogs) would be considered with additional deposit. Tenant pays utilities. 12-month lease preferred with the potential to extend. First and last month's rent + 1000 deposit ($1500 if pets). No smoking inside. First month's rent due to hold.
