Property is currently rented out, and will be available for move in by June 1, 2026 Owner will pay for garbage service, Renter is liable for maintaining all other services for the property (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc...). Renter will be responsible for any minor repairs or house keeping repairs equivalent to less than $200 market rate (i.e. renter is responsible for small damages to the property, light bulbs, furnace filters, fuses, in addition to traditional garden and lawn care - mowing, plowing etc...). While the Owner will ensure that any major fixes are documented by the renter. The Renter throughout the rental period shall maintain active and up-to-date rental insurance for the property. The rental agreement can be negotiated, but preferential 6-month/12-month/24-month leasing option. Parking is allowed on the driveway and street (you are not allowed to park on the grass in-front of the property. This is an inside smoke-free rental, the tenants are allowed to smoke on the front porch, or the back porch, but are not permitted to smoke inside the property, including the basement.
