Hi we have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. The house has a seperate family room, den, kitchen and dinning room. very open floor plan. We will allow pets and have a doggie door out to the back yard. We just put in a new fance. There are Two driveways and a 2 car garage. RV parking. Air conditionar and swamp cooler. Heater. We just completly gutted the master bathroom shower and had a brand new tile shower installed. We will allow tenants to paint the walls and bedrooms if you like. Since the pictures were taken we have painted the inside of the house so the color inside differs from the pictures. It is wood and tile throughout house and carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchen has a double oven and the refrigerator can stay if you need it. We would like a year lease but can go longer if you want.This was our home for the last 8 years we recentially moved is why we are renting.
