We are in the process of putting in an 1800 sq foot Belgard paving-stone patio in the front yard (just waiting for the actual pavers to arrive). Home includes: master bedroom: walk-in closet, bathroom with two sinks, linen closet, and separate tub and bath heat pumps for AC/heat (independent controls for each room, very efficient) laminate floors throughout the home (easy to keep clean!) energy-efficient double-pane windows (some new, some ten years old) Huge, fully fenced (wood chip) back yard, rest of property fenced for livestock but horses are at your own risk (ground squirrels abound) and the electric fence would need repair. table grape vines and some fruit trees washer-dryer hookups attached carport, two backyard sheds (one could be office), and two-stall barn. plenty of space for gardening, parking, pens for small livestock dogs interviewed, no cats. $500 additional deposit per dog. Tenant pays electricity, propane (for hot water heater and stove), cable/internet if you want it. Landlord pays septic. Tenant also pays water (home is on a shared well tested regularly) at local water rates. Tenant will also need to arrange for bottled water service for drinking water, since the well water is now just over the maximum parts per million of nitrogen due to agriculture in the area. Five people maximum, five vehicles maximum, minimum credit 700.
