We also provide all the pots, pans, silverware, cups, glasses, plates bowls and of course a coffee maker no, need to bring anything but yourself! The living room is appointed with lovely bright colors, and the nostalgic photos will remind of the glamorous 1930's. Each bedroom is specifically designed for privacy, comfort and relaxation. There is a laundry room on the premises that is clean and close to the Pool and Hot Tub so you can relax outdoors with a good book and a refreshing beverage. The Homeowner's Association does not allow loud parties and if you have children they must be "closely supervised," especially when in the pool or pool area. Also, no more than six persons may occupy any unit overnight. Small well-behaved pets are accepted; we do charge a non-refundable deposit for those bringing their pets. Please ensure your pet not a nuisance to other occupants. For example, if you have a dog that barks constantly when you are gone, this would not be an acceptable space for you to rent. If your pets are quiet and friendly, there should not be any problems. The minimum lease is for 3 months and can be up to a year if both owner and tenant agree. Owner pays first $300.00 of electric bill each month. After which tenant pays any amount over $300.00 per month, which will be due within 5 days of receipt of overage. Owner pays for internet service. Tenant is responsible if they wish to have cable television hooked up. Each room has a Roku TV for streaming services. There are no fees for water or gas.
