This house was completely gutted 1 year ago and was redesigned from top to bottom. Behind the house is a seasonal mountain stream. In front of the house is a mountain and on the other side is a small patch of woods. It is just a very private setting with an extremely large yard. I built this house for my 75 year old mother therefore made it completely handicap accessible. Flat/flush front entry with walk around deck to the back porch. I added a 15x30 deck under roof that has a three-step entrance to the backyard. Beautiful little home that is brand new inside and out including new wood on the outside all the way around the house and then new vinyl siding on top of that. It turned out to be a very nice little house with huge appeal.
