Willow Trail's setting on Trail Ridge Road, next to mature pine trees and a pond, is beautifully and conveniently located. Exercise enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to the City bike trail that winds its way nearby, tennis and basketball courts and the community building with exercise equipment for the tenants to use . Tenant pays all utilities. Cats and dogs are welcome but a limit of 2. Dogs will be DNA tested at a fee of $75. Pet rent is $45 per month for the first pet and $25 per month for the second pet. There are some breed restrictions for dogs. Washer & dryer hook ups are in the townhouse.
