Also if paying full asking price I am willing to leave behind 425 sq ft water proof flooring to match master bed and kitchen. It’s enough for hall living room and bathroom. NEEDS outside repairs completed( most of materials here as mentioned above) New subflooring in small area in middle bedroom and hallway( I also will be leaving the sub floor behind for the repair) Drywall needs completed( only master bed has been drywalled)
