    Just under 5-acre lot suitable for a mini-farm located in Walton County, right outside the City Limits of Good Hope. This is one of the last two remaining buildable lots in a line of newly built luxury modern farmhouses. These homes all recently sold for up to $800,000. This is lot 15 of Hester Estates, with no HOA fees. To the left (NW) is a 45-acre lot with most of its land (nearly 40 acres) in a flood zone.
