Hello all! I am going to be moving out of my apartment in March 2026 and looking for someone to sub-lease April-July with the option to sign the normal full year lease that starts in August 2026. It is located in Key Largo, just across from Big Chill/Caribbean Club. The apartment is split into an upstairs and downstairs unit with a great couple and dog living downstairs. Upstairs has a fully furnished living/kitchen/laundry area that is shared amongst the three tenants. The bedroom that will be available when I leave is furnished with a bed/mattress, nightstand, bookshelves, under-bed storage, full-length mirror, hangers and hanging shoe cubbies in the closet, a small tv, and a small wicker chest. The bathroom and balcony is shared with other tenant. Rent is $1012.50 a month, utilities not included. (Utilities are usually around $100/mo but can range to $200). There is an additional $600 security deposit and first/last month rent will be expected at time of lease signing. DM if interested or have any questions!
