Or use the boat slip, and rent the condo if your local. No it isnt large, yes there are larger properties in the area for comparable price, but they all have hoa's starting at $400+ month. This unit is located in the heart of everything. You can park your car on Friday and not get in it again until you head home if you choose. Its a 4 min walk to Margarita Breeze waterfront restaurant and bar, 3 min walk to the new Wildlife Refuge Center, 1/2 mile to Claw Daddys and Winn Dixie Shopping center, and best of all you are a quick paddle away (approx 3 min) from the world famous 3 sisters springs. There are numerous restaurants/bars within easy walking/biking distance. Excellent sidewalks and the 3 sisters springs trail make this a great place to get out and enjoy the Florida Sunshine. This studio has everything you need with no frills, the photos pretty much speak for themselves. Your boat slip is the space shown between the 2 docks, currently there is no dock on this property and we use the neighbors since it is on the property line. There is room for a dock should you choose, and one can be installed easily/cheap if its sea wall mounted. Condo is being sold furnished as shown, with only personal belongings being removed. We have a digital antenna installed and receive several local channels (you dont come here to watch tv anyway) keeping our monthly expense minimal (approx $75 elec, water, trash, sewer). We are out of state and relying on family to show the property, with that being said we want to head off a few things to save them the effort. Our listed price is FIRM.
